A series of self-guided walks in the footsteps of angellightphoto
Either of the loops of this delightful figure of eight walk would make a great summer’s evening stroll, with each having its own set of spectacular views.
Walk highlights
The full walk uses a mix of public roads, footpaths and forest tracks to create a rough figure of eight with the charming little village of Fazzano dividing the two circular elements. It is worth exploring all the little passageways of the village itself, which, in summer, are full of vibrant pot plants and colourful washing. The views of Pizzo d’Uccello and the surrounding Apuan mountains is truly breathtaking. The walk also includes great views of Equi Terme, the Lucido valley, and the Aulella valley.
